The hotel provided a fantastic stay with modern, clean, and well-maintained rooms designed for comfort and convenience. The staff’s warm hospitality stood out—they were friendly, respectful, and attentive. The location was ideal, with a 24-hour café and grocery shop nearby, easy metro access, and a prime spot on a main road. Highly recommended!

Hotel staff were amazing, rooms were nice, clean, and big. Beds were extremely comfortable similar to 5 star hotels. Best thing about the hotel was its location everything you need is nearby and area no over crowded like Siam. You can easily go anytime have dinner with kids or go shopping. And this is a big advantage.

We had a wonderful time during our stay—this hotel was a perfect fit for our family! The room was very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with amenities that made a big difference, like the kitchenette and washing machine. It really felt like a home away from home. The only small hiccup was figuring out the washer and dryer unit; we had a bit of trouble getting our clothes to dry properly and would have appreciated a little more guidance or support with that. Overall though, a great experience and we’d definitely consider staying again!

The hotel is fantastic, especially if you travel with kids. It is not located in the area of the malls, but in a quiter area with a direct train to the city centre. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the train station which is 5 minutes away (walking). The rooms facilities are great, with a separate bathroom for each room, a washing machine with a drier. Drying racks were also provided by the hotel, upon request. Everything is clean. There is a nice swimming pool and on the same floor also a hot tub with a Jacuzzi.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated and are small but very well appointed. The kitchenette has a washer/dryer which is a big bonus. The shower is very nice, large and had outstanding water pressure. The breakfast at the attached restaurant was also quite good but perhaps a bit lacking on some of the more traditional breakfast staples. It is centrally located and there are a myriad of shops, restaurants, massage parlors and, of course, 7/11’s nearby.

2 bedrooms suites are large and comfort, full equipped. water in bathroom not too hot enough, need go public onsen on the swimming pool floor room cleaning staff are nice and efficient

We stayed a week (family of 4). We were very happy with the room (2 bed apartment). The service from the cleaning staff, reception and breakfast team was excellent. The location is great with only a 7-8 minute walk to BTS. Also there is great mall and food options just opposite. We would be happy to stay here again.

It's a really good place to stay as a family, and the rooftop pool is wonderful. The location is also pretty good - the skytrain is less than a 10-minute walk away, and the hotel offers a free tuktuk ride to get there, too. The two-bed apartment has all the facilities you need, and is comfortable and stylishly decorated. The beds are really comfortable, and we were more than happy with our choice of place to stay in Bangkok.

The room was very modern with a small kitchen with washing machine, microwave, cutlery, dishes, cooking pan etc, also kettle, sink with washing liquid and iron with stand. The bathroom was very modern with a tub and walk-in shower. The location is great with free shuttle service every 30min to BTS station.
